This is a hands-on workshop that will provide you with an introduction to attacking and defending a live network in a simulated lab environment. You will learn and use a standard penetration testing methodology to attack a network of vulnerable systems and learn offensive tools and techniques as you progress through the class. You will also earn continuing education credits towards your certification renewal.
WHAT LEVEL EXPERIENCE?
This is for you if you have some security experience and are looking to advance or learn new topics.
You will gain a solid understanding of basic penetration testing tools and techniques used to attack Linux & Windows systems.
OUR AMAZING INSTRUCTOR
Sean McAllister has been involved in information security as professional for the last 10 years, and has had a passion for it long before that. He has worked for both the private and public sectors as an application security consultant and researcher. He is currently a Managing Partner at Cytense Inc. and organizer of ShellCon (https://shellcon.io/).
