We need you in order to succeed! Consider volunteering as an instructor, teaching assistant, or mentor.
The Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu is committed to providing a friendly, safe, and welcoming environment for all, regardless of gender, sexual orientation, disability, ethnicity, or religion.
This code of conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.
During the workshops, there will be no intimidating, harassing, abusive, discriminatory, derogatory, or demeaning conduct by any attendees of the CGA workshops. There may be venues that are shared with the public and the same respect should be given to all patrons of all locations.
Harassment includes: offensive verbal comments related to gender, sexual orientation, race, religion, disability; deliberate intimidation, stalking or following; harassing photography or recording; sustained disruption of talks or other events; inappropriate physical contact, and unwelcome sexual attention.
Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated by anyone in attendance at a CGA workshop. This includes attendees, organizers, staff, sponsors, or other patrons. If you are asked to stop the unacceptable behavior, it must cease immediately. Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu reserves the right to take any action, as deemed appropriate, up to and including removal from the workshop and further workshops without notice.
If you are subject to unacceptable behavior, notice that someone else is being subject to unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify an event organizer as soon as possible.
