A 501c(3), Non-profit Cybersecurity Community
Advancing Women in Security Careers


Founded in 2012, the Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu (WSC) is a National 501(c)3 non-profit community, focused on empowering women to succeed in the cybersecurity industry. WSC’s mission is to advance women in cybersecurity careers by providing programs and partnerships that promote networking, education, training, mentoring, resource-sharing and other professional opportunities.

WSC serves thousands of women across the globe by bringing awareness to, and advancing careers in, cybersecurity. The WSC community includes information security professionals, IT professionals, programmers, computer scientists and engineers, as well as women wanting to explore and join the field. Recognizing the importance of encouraging girls to embrace a future in STEM-related professions through its Cyberjutsu Girls Academy, WSC provides a unique hands-on curriculum focused on securing information technology. About WSC

Women’s Society of Cyberjutsu (WSC) is a cybersecurity community-organization for women offering:

  • Cybersecurity Workshops – supplemental training in effort to provide a bridge between theory and/or limited hands-on learning from official courses. Offered monthly.
  • Cybersecurity Training – Monthly workshops that offer exposure to a variety of security topics and technologies
  • Networking Events – regular networking events to provide opportunities to meet other women in the field and create connections and share resources.
  • Informal Mentorship – mentoring & advice from professional women, helping other women to progress or enter the field.
  • Job Board and Volunteer Opportunities – variety of opportunities to work behind the scenes or a national organization and to find job opportunities with top cyber and IT organizations eager to hire skilled and certified cybersecurity professionals.
