She has promoted innovative programs or projects to support and promote workforce development and employment in partnership with schools, industries, companies, and other outreach organizations.

Cyber Educator

She has made use of technology, in a creative and innovative way, in the classroom or other learning environments. They should demonstrate how they motivated, rewarded, and challenged students to achieve through the application of tech.

Cyber Mentor

She has demonstrated excellence in mentoring (formally or informally), has been outstanding in supporting, encouraging, and promoting your educational, professional, and personal development.

Cyber Rising Star

Newbies excited about growth associated with the cybersecurity field and demonstrated excellence in her professional position as well as contribution to the industry and society in positive ways. She should demonstrate outstanding success and leadership in one or more areas: entrepreneurship, education, volunteering, industry development and advocacy, and community service.

Pentest Ninja

She has excelled in the area of penetration testing in work and play and contributed to the hacker community as a whole through projects, conferences, competitions, or a combination of these. During her time as a pentest ninja, she has mentored others to become pentest ninjas.

Cyber Champion

Recognizing the efforts of the men in the cyber industry and their support and contributions to WSC through volunteering, sponsoring, mentoring, and advocacy. Nominees have a proven track record of supporting women and diversity efforts while being inclusive to all through their work or volunteering in the community. 

Volunteer of the Year

WSC members only, free or paid, who have volunteered time to WSC and its programming throughout the year. The recipient(s) of this award is chosen by the Board of Directors and the Event Planning Committee.

President's Award

This recipient is chosen by the President/CEO of the organization for outstanding work with WSC and within the cybersecurity community. She has demonstrated excellence in work and helping others and has left a mark on the community as a whole.

Partner of the Year

This recipient is chosen by the Cyberjutsu Board for their continuous support of the mission of advancing women and girls in the cyber security space. The organization or company selected has been a pivotal part of the Cyberjutsu family during the year providing sponsorship, in-kind donations, or volunteering their time to train our members.
